Our lab is growing, with a total of 4 Bachelor students, 18 Master students, and 1 PhD student contributing their expertise and enthusiasm to our projects. In addition to our core team, we are fortunate to have 2 external collaborators from other universities who bring valuable perspectives to our work.
In February, our faculty hosted the 14th International Conference on Exploring Service Science. We had the opportunity to hear numerous interesting presentations, engage in stimulating discussions, and connect with a diverse array of professionals from around the world. One of the highlights was meeting Jim Spohrer, the co-founder of Service Science, whose insights left a lasting impression on all of us.
