Leonard Walletzký works at Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University since 2011. He is mainly engaged with Service Science and its applications in the field of Information Technology. He is an expert in Marketing of Services and Management - all in combination with ICT. He is the Head of Laboratory of Service Systems at Faculty of Informatics since 2013, in which he focuses on Smart City analysis and Service Design, among others. He has published journal articles about concept of Smart City and has supervised several theses studying application of ICT services in Smart Cities.

Ing. Jaroslav Zelený, CSc.

Expert guarantor and member of the scientific council at Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University

Jaroslav Zelený has spent 44 years of his life as an expert, research fellow and manager in IT at Výzkumný ústav matematických strojů, IBM ČR. He has collaborated on establishment of Service Science program at Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University, which is based on approach to IT as to services and has multidisciplinary character. He operates at the Faculty as an expert guarantor of this program and a member of scientific council. He collaborates with ICT union in their teaching activities. His current research interests are role of Smart City as a service and application of IT as a dominant feature of Smart City projects, among others.
