Diamond Organize

No description
Meaning

Different stakeholders find themselves and think in different contexts. These contexts interact. In order to understand any service, it is first necessary to analyze the agents (stakeholders) who are related to, affected by, or can influence this service. Thus, using the Organize diamond shifts the focus to agent analysis, thereby gaining a better understanding of how agents behave in a multi-contextual environment. Diamond Organize is also known as Diamond of Agent-Team Organization and can adapt to changing context. Organizing an agent or multiple agents in the form of a team means that they are trying to achieve some goal. In order for them to succeed, they must perform various activities that will bring them closer to this goal. Sets of activities can be performed either once - as an action, or repeatedly - as a "stream of activities". All these elements and the relationships between them are shown in the Organization diamond.

Elements

Agent

A living entity (a person) or an organized group of such entities (a team, an organization). The Agent is the focal point of the Organize diamond. In relation to other elements, it takes on different roles (individual lines in the diamond model).
