The Smart City concept belongs to the Ministry of Regional Development. In contrast, the concept of Open Data is under management of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. We are in close contact with responsible workers and we try to contribute to the use of so-called Open Formal Norms. When it is possible, we suggest our collaborating cities and municipalities use such norms in their open data servers. We also design new norms.
